Are Captain America, Black Panther and Bucky equal in terms of strength and speed as fighters?

First off, Bucky isn’t as strong or as fast as Steve he’s just well trained and his metal arm is what makes him some sort of competitor but he’s clearly inferior to him, why? green arrow and black canary costumes

Just look back to the Winter Soldier movie, Steve had held still a helicopter that was in the middle of taking off with just his sheer strength, if Bucky had ever tried something similar he would be ripped apart like a ragdoll, Steve at his early moments after the serum could already run over 50 miles per hour, which is once more showing Steve’s superiority over Bucky both in speed and strenght. thea queen cosplay

T’challa on the other hand is also superior to Bucky in both power and speed yet still is below Steve in power but he compensates it with speed and maneuverability plus his unique wakandan fighting style that makes him somewhat equal or a little superior to Steve.. thea queen halloween costume
