Now that T’Challa is gone (RIP) here’s hoping that either Okoye or Shuri might strap on the suit ghost in the shell cosplay costume.
It would make sense that someone from Wakanda would though, because they know the most about the advanced tech.
But there still is a chance that some of the disenegrated characters might come back. If you watched the end credit scene, you can see Nick Fury signalling Captain Marvel for help. Also, since Black Panther made Marvel so much money with the last movie I think they would want to bring that fan favourite back green arrow and black canary costumes.
Honestly, you never know, the writers at Marvel are some sneaky little bitches.
Unless someone challenges her shuri will be the next black panther. As for the herb i highly doubt it was actually destroyed especially because a plant like that probably grows in multiple locations around the vibranium mountain and also the wakandans arnt stupid enough to keep every one of their super rare crops growing in the same greenhouse space battleship yamato cosplay.
