Does Thanos sound logical to anyone in Avengers Infinity War?

Crazy as it might sound, yes Thanos' plan actually has logical and historical basis. Thanos’ plan is based on the Malthusian Theory of Population and Nietzschean Principles. injustice 2 joker costumes
To put the simply, by killing half the population it not only prevents the problems of overpopulation (Positive Check) but the survivors may rise and use its newfound “prosperity” to raise their planet to new heights green arrow and black canary costumes. Storywise, Thanos has already seen this happen in Gamora's planet which experienced a good age after after he killed half its population. The other 4 loyal “Children of Thanos” may have also experienced the same in their planet hence their loyalty. In real life terms, we have historians who link tragic events to periods of high prosperity such as the Black Death/Bubonic Plague, which killed half of Europe, leading to the Renaissance and the invasion of Genghis Khan leading to the prosperous Silk Road and indirectly the Age of Exploration.
Furthermore, Thanos claims that it was the Malthusian Catastrophe of overpopulation that led to the destruction of Titan (I theorize a world war using weapons of mass destruction). young justice cheshire costume
